A message from our President
St. Mary’s Good Samaritan Hospital is proud to be part of St. Mary’s Health Care System. We are a health care ministry whose mission is to be a compassionate and transforming healing presence in the communities we serve. Driven by our mission, we strive to provide you with the most complete continuum of care possible, from emergency cardiac and stroke care to extended rehabilitation after an accident or illness.
We are building on a healthcare foundation created in our community by the founders of Minnie G. Boswell Hospital more than 60 years ago. We provide care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in our beautiful facility, which was designed to provide access to state-of-the-art technology while promoting spiritual, emotional and physical healing. I am grateful to our staff and physicians for their continual quest for excellence. It’s a quest that we consider never finished, as you deserve the best care possible.
Like the hero of the Biblical story for whom our hospital is named, we strive to always remember that those we serve are more than “cases”. You are our friends, our families and our neighbors. Whether you come to us for a routine mammogram or a life-threatening emergency, you deserve the best care we can provide, delivered with compassion, respect, dignity, and commitment to the sacredness of human life. We are truly proud to be a part of this community.
Thank you for choosing St. Mary’s Good Samaritan Hospital.
Tanya Adcock, RN, MSN
