Cardiology Care Clinic signs on as Gala sponsor
St. Mary’s Good Samaritan Hospital is excited to welcome Cardiology Care Clinic as a sponsor for the 2020 Heart & Soul Gala that will be held on Feb. 1 at the Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee.
“We are honored to support our local hospital with the best quality of care and enhance the capabilities of the hospital and its excellent facilities and equipment,” said Dr. Nicolas Chronos, a partner in the clinic. “By supporting this Gala we feel we are supporting the growth and establishment of world-class healthcare at the lake and the surrounding rural communities, and we are proud to be a partner of our local hospital and its staff.”
Cardiology Care Clinic opened in 2012 and includes cardiologists Nicolas Chronos, MD, and Peter Chapman, MD, along with Michelle Lamm, NP-C (certified nurse practitioner). Internal medicine and lifestyle medicine are provided by Cary Hefty, MD, Taylor Hall, NP-C, and Cristina Brehob, certified physician assistant. Gynecology services are provided by Eric Silver, MD, and counseling services are provided by Linda Kimbell.
The practice offers the Dean Ornish Lifestyle Program, which is an intensive cardiac rehabilitation program approved by Medicare in the state of Georgia. Cardiology Care Clinic also offers a range of diagnostic services, cardio-oncology and diabetes care.
“It’s wonderful to have Cardiology Care Clinic onboard,” says Sherri Kerstetter, chair of the Heart & Soul organizing committee. “We are so pleased to welcome them as a sponsor and are appreciative of all they do to support St. Mary’s Good Samaritan Hospital and our entire local area.”
