Auxiliary will light Love Lights Tree Nov. 28

Love Lights benefits Good Sam; all are invited

St. Mary’s Good Samaritan Hospital invites everyone to the fourth annual lighting of the Love Lights Tree on Wednesday, Nov. 28, at 5:30 p.m. in the hospital atrium at 5401 Lake Oconee Parkway, Greensboro.

The hospital atrium will be energized by the Arts Barn Kids and students from Lake Oconee Academy, who will present a festive holiday program for attendees. Lights on the tree will symbolize the many donations made to Love Lights by people in our community in honor or memory of loved ones.

Love Lights is a year-round campaign by St. Mary’s Good Samaritan Hospital Auxiliary. Its goal is to raise funds that support the hospital’s mission to be a compassionate and transforming healing presence in our community.

“Love Lights is the perfect way to honor the memory of a friend or loved one or to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or other special occasion, all while supporting our wonderful hospital,” said Pam Aversa, Auxiliary President. “The support over the first three years has been absolutely amazing, and we hope to raise even more this year.”

Love Lights donations start at $10, which gives everyone the opportunity to support the hospital. Each gift is acknowledged and also recorded in the Auxiliary’s Love Lights book which will be on display in the Good Samaritan lobby throughout the holidays.

To make a donation, stop by the hospital to pick up a donation envelope or donate online.
